How God is rebuilding the ministry
God laid a ministry on my heart when our children were young and that was my life. I ask God what will I do when they are older and don’t need as much, He showed told me that I would be ministring in a way of feeding and helping people along with my husband.
Through the years we have had allot of opportunity to do just that and we have done that and are still doing it. A couple of years ago we were stopped in our tracks my husband tore almost his whole quad muscle had to have an operation he was down recovering for a year and a half. At that time he had areal good paying job and I had a in home bakery business (Mama Ts Treats) all of that stopped over night. Income and everything.
But our God is so good! As soon as Terry ( my husband ) tore his quad our wonderful God told me that He had a plan and we are living out that plan. He also told me the next day when I was working in the kitchen God told me that there would be changes but we would be taking care of. Wow when God tells you that you are going to be ok He is working allot of changes. In all of this He has brought me and my husband closer which I didn’t think that was possible and we started studying the the Bible together and the Lord has shown us so much. We are learning how to be doers of the word at a greater capacity. This has also made us to be more affective witnesses and ministers of the Word.
The Holy Spirit told me that He would rebuild our ministry/business. How many of you know that God never does things the way that we think that he will. So far this is what God is doing my husband got a job after trying everything that he could think of. This opened more opportunity financially for the business side of things so I am currently selling breads at Unique Antiques and Collectables and of all things building a web site which I have know idea what I am doing. I do know that my husband and I are following the leading of the Lord. We also have the opportunity to be able to feed some people. Stay turned for more updates.
